Calera Main Street Festival of Trees

October 7th – Registration Opens

• November 18 – Deadline for $175 Payment

• November 18, 2 - 5 PM – Tree Selection (First Come, First Serve)

• November 18 – November 22 at Noon – Tree Decorating Period

• November 22, 6:00 PM – Judging & Tree Lighting Ceremony

• November 22 – January 2 – Trees on Display

The $175 entry fee includes:

• A 6-7 foot live Christmas tree

• Access to an electrical outlet

• Printed signage showcasing your sponsorship

• Promotion on Calera Main Street’s social media platforms

• A portion of the fee will contribute to Calera Main Street’s efforts to revitalize the downtown business district Decorating Guidelines:

Participants will be responsible for decorating their trees in accordance with event guidelines, ensuring all decorations are outdoor-friendly and can withstand wind and rain. Outdoor LED lights and outdoor extension cords are required to prevent electrical issues. Trees must be fully decorated by 12:00 PM on November 22nd, and they will remain on display until January 2, 2025. Awards will be given in the following categories:

• Most Elegant

• The Grizwald
