Thank you so much for your interest in being a part of Cadence Fair! We are so grateful that Reformation Brewery has asked us to partner with them on Friday, October 24th and Sunday, October 26th.
We'd love to have you apply to help celebrate Reformation Brewery turn 12!
EVENT DETAILS
This event will take place on The Green Space in Downtown Woodstock. You will be notified via email no later than October 17th, if you have been accepted or waitlisted. Please check your email regularly!
You do not have to apply for both dates - you can just choose one!
This application is for makers only!
Date and Time: Friday, October 24th from 3pm-9pm
Load In: Friday: Begins at 2pm
Event Address: 111 Elm St., Woodstock, GA, 30188Space Size: 10x10 - Please bring your own tent, tables and set up to this event. The Bloom Market is not responsible for supplying you with any of these items. Tent weights are required. Absolutely no steaks are permitted on The Green. We want to leave this space as beautiful as when we arrived.
VENDOR FEES
FRIDAY:
Vendor Cost: $150
Payment Instructions: Accepted vendors must pay upon approval. You will be emailed a link to complete payment via Shopify.
SUNDAY:
Vendor Cost: $150
Payment Instructions: Accepted vendors must pay upon approval. You will be emailed a link to complete payment via Shopify.
Vendor Cost for Friday and Sunday:
$250
If payment is not received by cutoff date listed in vendor approval email, you will be replaced by a vendor on the wait list. Please contact us ahead of time with any extenuating circumstances.
