If Accepted, What’s Provided?
All accepted vendors will be provided with reserved space and a table (minimum 6’) in the BurgQuest Marketplace. Wifi will be available at the venue. Electrical outlet access is limited and may be available upon request. 

If Accepted, What’s Expected?
Vendors will be expected to have their store staffed during the following Marketplace dates and times:

Saturday - 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Sunday - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Load in & Load out
Load in for Game Demos and the Marketplace will take place on Saturday morning from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Load out will take place immediately following the end of the event on Sunday at 4:00pm.

Overnight Storage
Marketplace representatives are welcome to leave their materials in the Marketplace room overnight. The room will be closed and cleared of guests each evening, with security stationed by the closed area until the building is closed for the evening at 12:00 am. This said, representatives are ultimately responsible for their own materials, and BurgQuest takes no responsibility for anything lost or stolen during the event. We recommend vendors plan on keeping any valuables on their person during off-hours.

Expected Attendance
We are expecting 400-500 attendees for the weekend.

Submission Deadline
Marketplace applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all spots are filled. This form may close at any time depending on the number of entries received.

Vendor Marketplace Fee
It is free to apply to the Marketplace. If approved, each booth applicant is charged $75. This fee covers the cost for one booth and includes one weekend pass to the event.

Overview
The Game Demo space at BurgQuest 2025 will be dedicated to game designers, publishers, and other related representatives interested in showcasing released and to-be-released board and role playing games for event attendees. Demos can include full game sessions, playtesting, overview/rule demonstrations, or other presentations appropriate for interacting with guests in an intimate expo setting.

Submission Fees / Badges
There are no submission fees to apply. Any game demo representatives attending should plan on purchasing their own festival passes to the event.

If Accepted, What’s Expected?
If accepted, representatives will be provided with a dedicated area in our Game Demo space. Attending representatives can run demos in the demo room anytime within the following hours:

Saturday - 12:00 pm - 12:00 am
Sunday - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Marketplace vs Game Demo

If you intend to sell your game(s) or any other products, please do so through our Marketplace application. A Marketplace table will need to be separately staffed from a Game Demo table for the same hours. If you cannot staff both and would like to sell your product, we recommend applying for the Marketplace and preparing a brief walk-up demo appropriate for an expo setting.

Additional Promotion
If accepted, BurgQuest is happy to include game demo participants in promotional efforts including our website and social media post, if desired.

Overview
BurgQuest 2025 will feature a variety of live performances and panel events on October 11 & 12.

What We're Looking For
This submission process is open to all forms of performance and types of panels related to tabletop gaming and general nerd culture. Musical performances, live stage acts, educational/informational sessions, game shows... or maybe something new and weird you've been dreaming to bring to an audience!

Submission Fees / Event Passes
There is no submission fee to apply. Selected performers and panel participants will be provided free weekend passes to the event.

Programming Timeframe
Performances and panels selected through the submission process will be scheduled within the following event hours on October 11 & 12.
