BRIARFEST X Aug 15th & 16th 2025 "Endless Summer" A two day Charity Music Festival featuring music, food, fun, & brew!!!!! Two stages two days! 17 local & national bands performing all genres of music! Featuring: KC/DC Outlaw Jim & The Whiskey Benders Stranded in the City Tyron Benoit Band Black Light Animals Chris Stewart Band The Brody Buster Band The Grand Marquis Moon Shroom Howard Mahan MGDS Free Rent Band Flat Susan Caitlin Rushing The Newlands New Common Ground Skeeters Ferrelview Blues • Stop by the Jan Jensen Art Wine Oasis. • Shop multiple vendors curated by Kansas City's favorite maker's market, Art Garden KC! • Enjoy a cold beverage from our craft brewers, Call Signs & Cinderblock Brewing. • Acorn Queen will be there offering a wide variety of thirst quenching beverages • Hot Air Balloon rides from Old World Balloon! (weather permitting) $15 per day, $25 weekend pass Kids under 16 free! VIP options available. Bring your chairs and blankets. Parking is free! Sponsored by Argosy Casino. Barley bus will be picking up and dropping off through out the weekend. Friday August 15th gates open at 4 pm music starts at 6pm and ends at 11:30pm Saturday August 16th gates open at 12 pm Music starts at 2 pm and ends at 11:30pm. Briarfest X — Maker's Market Applications Now Open 🎪🎶

Art Garden KC is excited to announce our most recent partnership with the Briarcliff Business Partner Alliance to host the official Maker's Market at this year's Briarfest Charity Music Festival, happening August 15–16, 2025 at the scenic E.H. Young Riverfront Park in Riverside, MO!

Now celebrating its 10th year, the Briarfest Music Festival has become a beloved tradition in the Northland—raising over $250,000 for local charities and creating space for music, food, and community to come together in a big way. This year, proceeds will benefit the Midwest Music Foundation, a nonprofit that unites and empowers the KC music community by providing health care assistance, education, career development, events, and resources for local musicians. 🎧💛

As a creative community dedicated to supporting artists, musicians and small businesses we couldn’t think of a better cause to support! Not only does this festival align with our mission—it also offers a great opportunity for vendors to reach a whole new audience of music lovers, families, and festivalgoers from across the Northland and beyond.

📍 WHEN & WHERE:

Friday, August 15 & Saturday, August 16
Location: E.H. Young Riverfront Park, Riverside, MO (next to the Argosy Casino)
Festival Hours:
• Friday: 4PM - 11:30PM

• Saturday: 12PM - 11:30PM

Attendance: 2,500–5,000 based on past ticket sales
Booth Fee: $300 for the full weekend
(Vendor fees are tax-deductible and considered as a donation; receipts will be issued by the BBPA, a 501(c)3 nonprofit)

Security:
BBPA Overnight Security is provided for vendors who choose to leave their canopy up between Friday and Saturday. Two vendor wristbands per booth (additional guests must purchase tickets - kids 16 & under are free)

🌈 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

This is a highly curated event. Vendors will be selected based on professionalism, quality of work, presentation, and fit for the vibe of this festival. We’re especially interested in:

Handmade & Artisanal Goods
Original Art & Painters
Metaphysical & Healing Arts (Tarot, Reiki, Crystal Healing, etc.)
Henna, Face Painting, Caricatures, and other interactive booths

Booth photos are required with your application and must include a clear image of your canopy setup. Applications without display photos will not be considered.

Vendor Requirements

10x10 canopy with 20–30 lb. weights per leg
Your own tables, chairs, and fabric tablecloths
Battery-powered lighting (no electricity provided)

📝 DEADLINE & PAYMENT:
Vendor selections will begin July 30th.
Approved vendors will be charged immediately, so make sure the card on file is ready! If payment fails, you’ll be moved to the waitlist and the next vendor in line will be selected.
