Beware! of the Square 2025

*This application applies to all vendors preparing and serving food or beverage onsite to be consumed at event. 
 
Event Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
 
Event Time: 4:00 - 9:00 PM 
 
Application and photographs must be submitted in one application. Applications will close Friday, September 5, 2025. Vendor acknowledges that submission of application does not guarantee acceptance into event.
 
Upon review and acceptance of vendor application, an approved vendor will receive payment notification by email. Payment will be charged in 5 business days after acceptance notification. Or please let us know if you will be mailing a check so we can cancel the charge on your card.  Vendor will be charged an additional $25.00 for bounced payments on card entered & returned checks with insufficient funds. If payment is not received by the deadline, vendor will be removed from the approved list and will not be able to participate in the event.
 
Refund Policy:
>21 days prior to event: 100%
14-21 days prior to event: 50%
Less than 14 days: No refund

*This application applies to vendors who sell handmade, homemade, or homegrown products. Craftsman, creator, or demonstrator of an art. Pre-packaged food and beverage (Cottage Law Vendors), Commercial, franchise, or supplier directly owned or tied to any commercial or corporate business & 501c3 tax exempt organization. 

 ****ALL Market Vendors are required to provide 1,500 piece of candy to pass out at their vendor booth space at Beware! of the Square*****
