By applying for a vendor booth at The Barlow’s Summer Concert Series Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vendor Application and Approval:
• Applications will be reviewed and approved as they are received. The last day to apply for a given market is the Sunday prior to the event date.
• Approval is at the discretion of The Barlow team, based on the nature of the product and fit with the event.
2. Payment:
• The vendor fee for a booth at the Summer Concert Series Market is $125 per week.
• Payment is due in full before the day of your scheduled market.
3. Booth Setup and Breakdown:
• Vendors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their booths on event days.
• Set-up must occur between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM. All booths must be fully set up by 3:30 PM, as the event starts promptly at 4:00 PM.
• Booths must remain open until the conclusion of the event, 8:00 PM.
4. Event Schedule:
• The Summer Concert Series Market runs from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• The market will feature live music, food vendors, and local artisans. The event is designed to be family-friendly, with a relaxed vibe.
5. Space and Equipment:
• Vendor booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each booth space is approximately 10x10 feet. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs.
• Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including signage, displays, and products.
6. Insurance and Liability:
• Vendors must carry their own insurance, including liability coverage for property damage, injury, and any incidents that occur during the event.
• The Barlow and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods during the event.
7. Vendor Conduct:
• Vendors are expected to act professionally and courteously toward customers, staff, and other vendors.
• Disruptive or unprofessional behavior may result in removal from the event, and future participation will be reconsidered.
8. Alcohol Sales:
• The Barlow is partnering with Sebastopol Kiwanis Club to provide a bar serving beer and wine at the Summer Concert Series Market.
• Vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol at their booths.
9. Cancellations and No Shows:
• If you need to cancel your booth, please notify The Barlow at least 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to notify may result in a loss of your booth space and payment.
10. Promotion and Marketing:
• By applying for a vendor booth, you agree to allow The Barlow to use your business name, logo, and products for promotional purposes related to the Summer Concert Series Market.
• Vendors are encouraged to share the event on their own social media and marketing platforms to help promote the event. Please tag us @thebarlow707 for us to share.
11. Force Majeure:
• The Barlow reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, acts of God, etc.). In the event of a cancellation, vendors will be notified as soon as possible, and a reschedule will be discussed.
12. Agreement:
• By applying for a vendor booth, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
