This is the Food Truck Vendor application. Applying does not guarantee space. Your application will be reviewed and a select group of trucks will be approved. We do our best to rotate the trucks that are accepted to give new trucks an opportunity and to keep a good mix of food choices at each festival. The standard Food Truck vendor fee is $100 ($106.60 after processing fees) Your card on file will only be charged if you are approved to attend the event. Food Tents will be considered for this event. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Welcome to the Teen Zone, an exciting area located on Sammy Way, designed specifically to engage and entertain teens! This space is filled with unique activations and activities that cater to the interests of a younger crowd, making it the perfect place to connect with this vibrant audience.
Vendors in the Teen Zone should align with the energetic and dynamic vibe of this area. When applying, please ensure that your booth or offerings are a good fit for this lively space. Approved vendors will be required to select a booth within the Teen Zone.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee participation. Each application will be carefully reviewed, and a select group of vendors will be approved to participate in Avalon Aglow.
We work hard to maintain a rotating lineup of food tent vendors at Avalon Aglow to provide fresh opportunities and a diverse mix of food options for our attendees.
If your application is approved, you will be invited to select and purchase your booth space. If you require power, please take that into account when choosing your location. Personal generators are not permitted at Avalon Aglow under any circumstances.
This application also serves as an electronic agreement. By submitting, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms outlined, validating your agreement electronically.

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. Filling out this form does not guarantee performance. DO NOT make any arrangements until notified that your group has been accepted in writing.
