Atlanta Dukes N Boots Southern Soul & R&B Food Vendor Application

All vendors participating in Dukes & Boots – Atlanta must comply with all Georgia Department of Public Health, Fulton County, and State regulations. Vendors are required to obtain and display all necessary temporary food permits and follow proper food safety standards, including approved handwashing stations, correct hot and cold holding temperatures, food protection from contamination, and no bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. All food must be stored at least six inches off the ground, and gloves and hair restraints are required. Vendors using propane or fryers must have properly secured tanks and a Class K fire extinguisher, with generators safely positioned away from guest areas. No dumping of grease or wastewater is permitted on-site, and vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth and removing all trash daily. Health and fire officials may inspect at any time, and non-compliance may result in removal from the event.
