Lessor hereby grants and leases to said lessee, certain rights, privileges, and space, during the period of the Owosso Curwood festival, June 5th, 2026, through June 7th, 2026, (Friday through Sunday) to conduct, operate, or sell upon said premises. Such business and articles as are set in the questions below, signed by the lessee and approved by the festival Board of Directors or its designated representative.

Privileges granted under this contract gives the Lessee permission to conduct, operate, or sell from their concession unit only items detailed on the attached sales sheet and for no other purpose.  Premises or space, use of which is granted to lessee under this contract, are at the location in the approved application to or another space assigned by the lesser.  For the rights and privileges herby granted, the lessee agrees to pay the sum in the application.
