This is the application for artists and crafters of handmade items interested in participating in Absolutely Avalon at Downtown Avalon Park Wesley Chapel on Saturday, July 4. Absolutely Avalon is a free, family-friendly community festival celebrating local art, creativity, culture, and connection.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed and juried. Approved vendors will be notified and invited to select and purchase their booth location.
Important Notice: Upon approval, vendors will have 10 days to select and purchase their booth space. If a booth is not selected within this timeframe, approval may be forfeited and the space may be released to other vendors. Our goal is to curate a diverse and well-rounded selection of vendors, and timely booth selection helps ensure a balanced event experience for the community.
This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. Booth spaces are 10x10 and include the location only—vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and chairs. A credit card is required at the time of application and again when purchasing your booth.
Booth Options
Green: Premium Booth with Electric – $100
Yellow: Standard Booth with Electric – $75
Red: Premium Booth (No Power) – $50
Purple: Standard Booth (No Power) – $30
Premium booths are located in higher-traffic areas or near entertainment. Electricity is available only in select booth areas and must be selected after approval.
By submitting this application and selecting a booth, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above and enter into a binding electronic agreement.

Vendor Booth Details
Each booth is a 10x10 space and includes the location only. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs. A double booth measures 10x20.
Booth fees are based on the location selected after approval. Credit card information is required at the time of application and again to secure your booth once approved.

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks before the date of the event.
