July 4th Vendor Application – Artists & Crafters
This is the application for artists and crafters offering handmade items at the July 4th celebration in Downtown Avalon Park Wesley Chapel.
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed and juried. If approved, you will be invited to select and purchase your booth location. You will need to enter a card on file with your application and again upon approval to secure your booth.
This is an outdoor event, held rain or shine. Power is limited and only available in designated booth areas. If you require electricity, please be sure to choose a booth that includes power.
Each vendor space is 10x10 and includes the booth location only. Vendors must bring their own tables, tent, and chairs.
Booth Options:
Green: Premium Booth with Electric – $100
Yellow: Standard Booth with Electric – $75
Red: Premium Booth – No Power – $50
Purple: Standard Booth – No Power – $30
Premium spaces are located in higher-traffic areas or near entertainment zones.

Vendor Application – Businesses & Independent Contractors
This is the vendor application for businesses and independent contractors participating in the July 4th celebration at Downtown Avalon Park Wesley Chapel.
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed. Once reviewed, you will be notified of your application status. Approved vendors will be invited to purchase and select their booth locations.
Important Update: Vendor fees are now based on the booth location you choose after your application has been approved. Each vendor booth is 10x10 and includes only the space. You must bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. Double booths measure 10x20.
Booth Options:
Green: Premium Booth with Electric – $100
Yellow: Standard Booth with Electric – $75
Red: Premium Booth – No Power – $50
Purple: Standard Booth – No Power – $30
Premium booths are placed in high-traffic areas or near entertainment. Power is limited and only available in select areas. If you require electricity, be sure to select a powered booth upon approval.

Be part of one of the most anticipated celebrations of the year! Avalon Park Wesley Chapel's Fourth of July Celebration brings the community together for a full day of family fun, live entertainment, delicious treats, and a spectacular fireworks show at 9 PM.
We are currently accepting applications for food tent vendors (non-truck setups) who want to showcase their offerings to thousands of attendees.
Throughout the day, guests will enjoy:
A Bounce Park full of inflatables and fun activities
A community Bike Parade
A friendly neighborhood Bake-Off
Live local performances
Family activities and games
And, of course, an unforgettable fireworks display to end the evening

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks before the date of the event. Filling out this form does not guarantee performance. DO NOT make any arrangements until notified that your group has been accepted in writing.
