Apple BBQ Festival 2025

Thank you for your interest in being a featured craft vendor at the Apple BBQ Festival, attended by over 25,000 visitors annually.

This one-day craft show features over 140 vendors lining the street in front of the Apple BBQ Festival where food, music, and family activities take place Friday - Saturday.

The festival will accept food vendors until the event is full.  Application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified of your status within 14 days of submitting an application.  Once accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter asking for proof of insurance, and payment of non-refundable booth fee(s) will be charged.  Following receipt of those items, you will receive a participant email with set-up information prior to the event.  

Vendors must be able to accommodate large festival numbers.

Welcome to the Apple BBQ Festival attended by over 25,000 visitors annually.  We have a limited number of booths available to showcase local non-profit organizations. Non-profit booths exhibition is for Saturday only, during the craft show.  After you submit an application, our team will review the details and you will be notified if your organization has been selected to participate in the festival. There is no charge for qualified non-profits to attend.  Booth placement will be assigned by the festival.

DIVISIONS:

• Adult – Ages 14 and up
• Youth – Ages 7 – 13

PRIZES FOR EACH DIVISION:

• 1st Place – $75
• 2nd Place – $50
• 3rd Place – $25

RULES:

• Pies are judged on Appearance, Taste and Consistency
• Pies must be in a disposable pie tin
• Pies are to be turned in at the closed Wild Bills ATV, 8110 W Hazel Rd. by festival parking from 9:00am-11:00am
• Pies become property of the Apple and BBQ Festival

Welcome to the Silver Lake Apple BBQ Festival's Chicken Shack Classic Auto & ORV Show! Staging begins @ Dune Town Mall at 8:00am. Onsite registration will be open until 9:45.am. Online registration closes September 5th.  Show Time 10:00-2:00pm.  Voting will be done by a panel of judges.  Trophies & Door Prizes awarded Start @ 2:00 pm in front of Registration Tent.  SLSD Apple & BBQ Festival Classic Auto & ORV Car Show Categories:
