This is the Absolutely Avalon Vendor Application for artists and crafters offering handmade items.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or a booth space. All applications will be reviewed. This application is for consideration only. If approved, you will receive an invitation to purchase a booth location.
A valid card must be entered at the time of application and again when purchasing your booth location. You will be notified of your application status, and approved vendors will be invited to select and purchase their booth space. Booth locations are selected after approval and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment is required within ten (10) days of approval. Vendors who do not purchase a booth within this timeframe risk being removed from the event to allow space for other applicants.
Absolutely Avalon is held outdoors in Downtown Avalon Park, Orlando, and is a rain-or-shine event. Power is available in select areas only. Vendors requiring electricity must choose a booth location that includes power.
Vendor booths are 10’ x 10’ space only. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and any additional equipment.
Once approved, vendors will be invited to select from the following booth options:
Green – Premium Booth with Electric: $150
Yellow – Standard Booth with Electric: $130
Red – Premium Booth (No Power): $100
Purple – Standard Booth (No Power): $65
Premium booth spaces are located in higher-traffic areas and/or near entertainment.

The standard food truck vendor fee is $150 ($156.60 including processing fees). Your card on file will only be charged if your application is approved for the event.

Absolutely Avalon Food Tent Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a food tent vendor at Absolutely Avalon! Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Each application will be carefully reviewed, and a select group of vendors will be approved.
We work hard to ensure a rotating selection of vendors at each event to provide new opportunities and maintain a diverse mix of food options for our attendees.
Once approved, you will need to select your booth space. If you require power, please consider this when choosing your location, as personal generators are not permitted under any circumstances.

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. Filling out this form does not guarantee performance. DO NOT make any arrangements until notified that your group has been accepted in writing.
