



Welcome Back to AnimeNJ 2025 Artist Alley
The event is being held again at the Hasbrouck Heights Hilton and the dates are now November 14-16th. We have changed the lay out of the space as the artists will now be located in the merchant area which now contains both artists and dealers. The guests will be moved into your old space. We have 29 artists spots open and 3 are corners.
The space is 7 feet wide and 6 feet deep and comes with one badge, one chair and one 6 foot table. The price for the standard booth is $300 and for the 3 that do have corners add an additional $100 corner fee. Electricity nor Internet connection is not included in the price.
Hour can change but at this time:
Friday: Noon-7pm
Saturday: 10am-7pm
Sunday: 10am-3pm
Setup will be on Thursday and will receive an email on the hours of setup.
Cause you folks attended and were a part of 2024, we are giving you first opportunity to Re-Up for 2025. You have till May 16th to respond and pay. If we do not sell out we will than open up the application to the public. Cancellations on any reservation can only happen before September 30th, 2025.
We look forward to further growth in 2025 and the website will soon be updated with the guest list, we already signed the major guest Keiyta Amemiya.

This is an application and contract for vendor booth space at AnimeNJ++, held on the weekend November 14-16th. The contract is between Media Blasters, Inc., (“SPONSOR”) and the signee (“VENDOR”) upon written acceptance. Terms, notwithstanding the establishment of, adjustment to, or changes to the plan of exhibits, vendor booths, rates, regulations, and any or all other areas, at the sole discretion of the SPONSOR, with or without notice, all of which constitute part of this contract, are as follows.
Full payment in advance is REQUIRED before any VENDOR will be allowed to set-up at AnimeNJ++ 2025.
