Thank you for your interest in participating as a Food Truck Vendor at Anime Market, taking place on Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 12:00pm–4:00pm at Fred Fletcher Park. Please review the information below before submitting your application.

Accepted Categories

  • Food Trucks – serving freshly prepared meals, snacks, desserts, or beverages.

  • Menu items with a Japanese or Asian fusion theme are encouraged and will be given priority, though all cuisines will be considered.

  • If your dishes do not fit the theme, please consider a featured dish that better aligns your offerings with the market theme, such as an Asian fusion inspired burger, pizza, taco, etc.
  • There is limited space for food trucks at this venue and we will be accepting a max of 4 trucks.

Event Protocol

  • This is a curated market. Selection is based on food quality, theme relevance, and variety. To provide the best guest experience, we limit the number of trucks offering the same type of cuisine.

  • All trucks must comply with Wake County Health Department regulations and have all required permits and inspections.

  • Trucks must be self-contained (generator or battery power only; no access to park electricity or water).

  • Food trucks are responsible for managing their own staffing, food safety, and cleanup.

  • Excessively loud generators are not allowed. Before applying, please make sure your generator is rated as "quiet/silent".

Requirements

All accepted food trucks must provide/verify the following documentation prior to the event:

  • Proof of liability insurance naming the event organizer as additional insured

  • Current Wake County Health Department permit if applicable

  • Copy of most recent health inspection report

  • Onboard fire extinguisher (required)

  • Registration with Raleigh Parks & Recreation as an approved food vendor — or willingness to register prior to the event.

    • Registration is free, quick, and easy.

    • Once registered, your truck will also be added to the Raleigh Parks vendor list, which opens opportunities for future events hosted in city parks.

    • Learn more and register here: Raleigh Parks Food Truck Vendor Registration

Application Process
