Anime Town Louisiana - Car Show

The 1st annual Anime Town Open Car Show will take place on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Lamar Dixon Expo in Gonzales, LA. The first year show will host 10 competition classes for all custom and stock cars and trucks. Eight special "Best of" awards, including a Best in Show and a Celebrity Choice award will also be given away at the event! The show is free for the public and for competitors, it's only $30 to register your vehicle. That $30 also gets you and your rider access to Anime Town Louisiana for the weekend! You can stop in, soak in some air conditioning, grab some snacks, and check out the vendors and guests at the Bayou's biggest little anime con! Competitors can register online or at the show, but space is limited to the first 100 vehicles. Registration for day of starts at 7:30am with the show opening at 9am for spectators. Judging will begin at 1pm with awards taking place on the Anime Town main stage at 5pm. Best of awards include: Best Paint/Graphics Best Engine Best Interior Best Domestic Best Import Best in Show Sponsor's Choice Celebrity Choice *All Car Show competitors receive a Saturday Badge as part of the $25 entry fee.
