While hosting our event in concert halls means space is limited, we take pride in offering quality over quantity. Each show features a carefully curated selection of local artist dealers whose work reflects a true love for anime. In the intimate setting of Anime Night, we look beyond the merch to find the fan behind the art—spotlighting creators whose passion and inspiration align with our vision of celebrating anime through artistry.
The Artist Dealer tier exists to keep Anime Night accessible to independent creators while maintaining a curated, community-driven vendor floor.
We prioritize originality, quality presentation, and work that aligns with anime, gaming, and alt-pop culture.
General Info:
- Vendor Load In is set two hours before doors, I.E, if doors are at 6PM and the show starts at 7PM, vendors load in is set for 4PM.

We know that finding quality manga, figures, plushies, and anime accessories isn’t always easy—especially at great prices. That’s why one of Anime Night’s core missions is to bring a diverse range of retail vendors to our events, offering fans access to unique merchandise they might not find elsewhere. We’re especially passionate about working with local shops and traveling vendors who share our love for anime culture. Whether you run a storefront or specialize in the convention circuit, we’d love to have you join us.
Why We Offer Two Tiers
Anime Night blends live music with convention-style retail and activations. Because different businesses operate on different margins, we’ve built a pricing model that keeps vendor participation sustainable while maintaining a curated shopping experience for attendees.
