Anime Night - Charlottesville

Anime Night - Charlottesville takes place Saturday, November 22nd at The Southern Cafe & Music Hall. Thank you for your interest in being part of our event as an exhibitor. After filling out this form, you will receive an email regarding your approval status.

General Info:

1. Vendor Load In is set two hours before doors, I.E, if doors are at 6PM and the show starts at 7PM, vendors load in is set for 4PM.

2. Each vendor will receive two complementary event vendor badges that grant private venue access. These badges don't include any private backstage or AAA access, and do not include the ability to escort. Additional exhibitor badges are available for purchase.

3. Tables and black tablecovers are provided by Anime Night at all events, while seating is provided by the venue. In the event you require additional seating beyond two chairs, you're encouraged to bring your own.
