Winchendon Community Park Amphitheater 2026 Season Pass – Terms & Conditions By purchasing a 2026 Amphitheater Season Pass, pass holders agree to the following terms and conditions established by the Town of Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department. 1. Validity The 2026 Season Pass is valid for admission to eligible paid events hosted by the Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department at the Robinson–Broadhurst Performing Arts Amphitheater at Winchendon Community Park during the 2026 season. 2. Non-Transferable Season passes are issued to the purchaser and are non-transferable unless otherwise authorized by the Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department. 3. Event Access Season pass holders receive admission to all ticketed Amphitheater events produced by the Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department during the 2026 season unless otherwise noted. Certain special events, private rentals, or third-party hosted events may be excluded. 4. Check-In Requirement Season pass holders must check in at the designated event entrance and may be required to present identification matching the name associated with the pass. 5. Merchandise Discount Season pass holders receive 20% off official Amphitheater merchandise sold at eligible events during the 2026 season. Discounts apply only to merchandise sold directly by the Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department and cannot be combined with other promotions. 6. Chair Rentals Season pass holders receive complimentary lawn chair rentals when available. Availability is not guaranteed and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis at each event. 7. Weather Policy Events are generally rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, events may be delayed, rescheduled, relocated, or canceled at the discretion of the Town of Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department. Season passes remain valid for rescheduled dates but are not refundable due to weather-related changes. 8. Refund Policy Season pass purchases are non-refundable unless an event or the season is canceled by the Town of Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department. Individual event cancellations do not constitute grounds for a refund. 9. Code of Conduct All attendees must follow park rules and event policies. The Town of Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to revoke a season pass without refund if a pass holder engages in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior. 10. Lost or Misused Passes Lost passes may be replaced at the discretion of the Parks & Recreation Department. Passes that are duplicated, resold, or misused may be revoked without refund. 11. Event Changes Event dates, performers, and programming are subject to change. The Town of Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to modify event schedules as necessary. 12. Liability Attendance at Amphitheater events is at the attendee’s own risk. The Town of Winchendon and Winchendon Parks & Recreation are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
