About the event
Join Amy Smoot to create and play with clay! In this multi-day class, students will have fun exploring a variety of hand building techniques to create functional and/or sculptural artworks. Students will receive instruction through each step of the ceramics process from creating, glazing and even kiln loading, clay mixing and other studio activities!
Registration ($100) is for all 4 days of this multi-day workshop, and all supplies are included. After School Clay will meet for one hour on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 PM. All After School Clays are for ages 7-13. Occasionally it will be three days per month with an adjusted tuition.
This class has a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 10. If the class does not meet the minimum, participants will be refunded. This workshop is non-refundable after the registration deadline passes.

This class will be held in our new clay classroom located at 2014 5th Street, Northport, AL 35476. The entrance is in Kentuck's Courtyard of Wonders. There is a parking lot next to this building, and participants are also welcome to park in Downtown Northport.
