This fall we will host our Maple Tea at the Plateau Discovery Garden- a Tennessee State Botanical Garden located in Crossville, TN. We will serve sweet and savory treats and your choice of tea. Join us for a sweet talk with our local maple syrup expert, Tim Carroll. Our guest speaker for TEA IN THE GARDENS "Maple Tea" will be Tim Carroll.If you have been by the Plateau Discovery Garden in early Spring, you might have seen Tim's maple sap tapping system at work. A hobby Tim started thirteen years ago with his daughter has grown to be so much more.Find out the details of how thin, watery sap transforms into the sweet delights of syrup, candy and other maple products.
