WHO ARE ART & CRAFT VENDORS?
Art and Craft Vendors feature items designed and made by the proprietor of the booth. All items must be hand-crafted. Examples of arts and crafts vendors include original visual art, handmade jewelry, pottery, paintings, wooden toys, etc.

Application Deadline & Pricing:
Early Bird Applications: Due by October 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Applications received by this date qualify for the early bird booth fee and will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis. Decisions for all early bird applications will be announced no later than November 1.
Regular Applications: Accepted after October 16 at the full booth fee and will also be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis until spaces are filled.
Waitlist: Once all spaces are full, additional applications will be placed on a waitlist. We still encourage you to apply, as openings may become available.

WHO ARE FOOD TRUCK/TRAILER VENDORS?
Vendors who cook and serve food from a truck/trailer.

Booth Fees: Collected only upon acceptance
Vendor Supplies: All vendors must bring their own tent, tables, and chairs.
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY OCTOBER 16, 2025 AT 11:59PM -- APPLICATION DECISIONS WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY NOVEMBER 1ST for those who filed timely. If you apply after October 16th, you will be on a waiting list - but we still encourage you to apply as a slot may open.
Please note the following information:
- Vendors will be notified via email of the decision.
- All decisions are made by the Vendor Committee.
- Upon approval, accepted vendors will be charged per the same payment type as listed during the application fee process. Expect a payment to process at the moment approval comes through.
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR FOOD VENDORS
- Food Vendor spaces are designated for those who will be preparing food on-site and selling to patrons/festival-goers.
- Food Vendors should be prepared to serve a high volume of people.
- Food Vendors must abide by NC Health guidelines and will be inspected prior to opening. For more information, contact the Cumberland County Health Department at 910−433−3660.
- Food Vendors are subject to Fire Marshall regulations.
- Be free of grease splashes, spills, and/or any grease containers. Grease disposal and clean-up is the responsibility of the Food Vendor - subject to a fee if this occurs.
- Be free of trash or any other items on the ground. Trash must be disposed of properly in the appropriate trash can.

Volunteer with us at the 2025 A Dickens Holiday! Our event is successful because of the hard work, dedication, and the love of our event by our volunteers. Our volunteers contribute their help through all types of activities fro setting up at the event to specialized services! Becoming a volunteer is a great and FUN opportunity to give back to the community and support our event.
Please complete this application if you are interested in joining us! We have a variety of tasks that will fit your interest, skills, and availability!

WHO PRE-PACKAGED FOOD VENDORS?
A pre-packaged food vendor is a business or individual that sells food products that are prepared, packaged, and labeled before being brought to the event or point of sale. These items are not prepared, cooked, or altered on-site and are typically ready to eat or require minimal preparation by the customer (like reheating).
