PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE: Terms & Conditions – 80’s Ladies Night Event 1. Ticket Purchases All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction with the event. Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and event specified. Any unauthorized duplication or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of entry. 2. Entry & Check-In All members of a party must be present and check in together at the entrance. Separate check-ins will not be permitted. Valid photo identification and proof of purchase must be presented upon request. Management (Goin' Social Events, LLC) reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who fails to comply with entry requirements. 3. Age & Parental Guidance This is an all-ages event; however, parental guidance is strongly recommended due to the nature of a full concert experience, which may include adult themes, loud music, and stage effects. This show is rated the equivalent of a heavy PG-13. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of minors at all times. 4. Concert Environment & Risks Guests acknowledge that this is a live music event featuring professional sound, lighting, and stage effects. These may include loud volumes, strobe lighting, haze/fog machines, and other effects which may not be suitable for all individuals. Attendance is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The event organizers and venue assume no liability for any adverse effects, including but not limited to hearing loss, light sensitivity, or other health-related issues. 5. Conduct & Removal Event management (Goin' Social Events, LLC) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry or remove any guest without refund for disorderly conduct, intoxication, non-compliance with event rules, possession of prohibited items, or behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive to others. Prohibited items include but are not limited to weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, and professional photography or recording equipment without prior authorization. 6. Liability Waiver By attending this event, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the performance. The ticket holder agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, performers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of attendance at the event. 7. Event Changes & Cancellations Management reserves the right to alter the event schedule, performers, set times, or program as necessary, without notice or compensation. In the unlikely event of full event cancellation, refund policies will be determined at the sole discretion of the event organizers. 8. Media Release By entering the event premises, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. No compensation will be provided for such usage. 9. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal without refund.
