The 7th Annual Liberty Weekend Craft Festival is a juried outdoor arts & craft event celebrating handmade work during one of the most popular summer shopping weekends of the year. Produced by Castleberry Fairs, the festival features a carefully curated selection of American-made arts, crafts, and specialty foods, supported by live music and a strong promotional campaign.

Exhibitors can expect a professional, well-organized event that attracts an engaged audience of shoppers seeking high-quality, handcrafted work and an enjoyable outdoor shopping experience during the Liberty Weekend holiday.

Exhibitor Notes

Event Hours: Sat. 10-5 / Sun. 10-4

Setup: Friday 3:00–8:00pm and Saturday 6:00–9:00am
Outdoor Setup & Safety: This is a fully outdoor, high-wind location. Staking into the ground is not permitted. All canopies must be securely weighted (minimum 40 lbs per leg; heavier weights strongly recommended).
Application Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon approval. The remaining booth balance will be charged separately according to the payment schedule below.
Payment Timing: Balances will be charged on or after May 20, 2026. Applications submitted on or after this date will be charged the full booth amount upon approval.
Insurance: A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required for exhibitors offering consumable goods (including food, candles, personal-care, aromatherapy, etc.).
Specialty Food Requirements: No additional event-specific health permit is required.

Specialty Food exhibitors must bring the following documentation to the event:

Current health permits or licenses
ServSafe certification
Allergen Awareness certification
Copies of product labels for all items being sold

Admission to this event is free. This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Event hours, entertainment, or layout may be adjusted due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. Photography & Media Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed or recorded. Pets Friendly pets on a leash are welcome. Please ensure pets are well behaved and respectful of artisans, displays, and other guests. Liability Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event. Castleberry Fairs & Festivals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
