We are thrilled that you’re considering joining us as a vendor at the 5th Annual Christmas in July, in Monroe NC! Hosted by Sunny Day Markets, LLC, this pop-up event celebrates small businesses like yours. Supporting local vendors is our passion, and nothing matters more to us than helping you shine!
This event will feature a curated vendor showcase alongside, treats, craft vendors, a food truck, permanent jewelry, and much more.
Important Information
Juried Event:
This is a juried market with limited space for 85 vendors. To ensure a balanced and high-quality experience, we carefully review each application based on product quality and variety. Please complete your application thoughtfully, as this helps us make the best decisions.
Acceptance:
- Vendors will be notified through Eventeny upon acceptance.
- Your card will be charged immediately upon acceptance.
Vendor Pricing & Space Details:
- Fee:
- $135 10x10 Outdoor Space
- $185 10x10 Indoor Space
- $250 Premium Hallway Booth
- $150 Food Trucks Per Day
- $100 Beverage / Sweet Truck Per Day
- Setup: This is an indoor & outdoor event, and vendors are allowed to use 10x10 tents. If you choose to decorate your tent, you CANNOT have the top attached to your tent. The Fire Marshal can shut the event down for this.
- Tent Weights: Only Required for outdoor vendors!
- Required: Each tent leg must have a minimum of 25 lbs in weights.
- Prohibited: Disc weights are NOT ALLOWED. Vendors without proper weights will be asked to take down their tents for safety reasons. This policy ensures the protection of customers, vendors, and products.
Vendor Expectations:
- Vendors must remain for the entire event duration 10AM-4PM on Saturday and 10AM-3PM on Sunday.
- In case of emergencies, please notify the Sunny Day Markets tent immediately.
- Packing up early reflects negatively on the event and impacts fellow vendors.
Refund & Weather Policy:
- All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE—no exceptions, including weather-related cancellations.
- Credit transfers between events are not allowed. If two events occur on the same day, fees cannot be transferred from one to the other.
- Weather Safety: While most markets are rain or shine, safety always comes first. If severe weather forces cancellation, there will be no refunds or credits issued. Being an indoor event this is VERY UNLIKELY to happen.
