ISB Eid Bazaar Vendor Terms and Agreement:
Fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable
Payment will be charged only upon approval of application.
Vending work space is limited and will be RESERVED for you upon your arrival, based on the booth(s) that you have chosen or were assigned! You are not allowed to request more tables than what you have paid for.
Equipment and products should not obstruct other vendors and the walkways. Please make sure you bring enough help to unload your vehicles. Volunteers will be busy with their assigned tasks and will not have time to help vendor’s load/unload their vehicles
All booths MUST stop selling ten minutes prior to prayer time.
If a vendor is found selling something that is against what the Bazaar committee allows, or anything the Bazaar committee sees to be inappropriate, he/she will be asked to remove these items immediately. If he/she doesn't comply, the stall will be shut down and no refund will be given
Any stolen or lost items are the vendor's responsibility, ISB is not liable for any stolen or lost property
Vendors (MEN AND WOMEN) must wear Islamic attire at all times
All vendors must confine their activities within their respective booths and should not obstruct neighboring booths. Vendors are not allowed to solicit outside of the assigned booth area
Vendors are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct toward customers, fellow vendors, and staff.
Booths must be kept clean at all times and fully cleared out in a timely manner after the event concludes. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if a booth is left dirty or if trash is not properly disposed of.
Submission of an application constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
