Thank you for your interest in attending the City of Aurora's 4th of July Spectacular.
The estimated attendance for this event is 7,000.
Due to the high attendance expected at this event, vendors are encouraged to offer a limited menu, smaller portion sizes, and items that can be prepared and served quickly. These guidelines help ensure efficient service and manageable wait times. Vendors whose menus best align with these requirements are more likely to be approved.
Applications will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified of acceptance by Friday, May 22.
If your application is approved, the vendor fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION PLEASE GATHER THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS-
- County Mobile Food Vendor License (Please note we are able to accept mobile food vendor licenses from any county in Colorado )
- City of Aurora Mobile Food Vendor Tax License
- Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Aurora as additionally insured (see below for COI requirements)
- Proof of Workers Comp Insurance or Workers Comp Waiver (see below for more information)
