4th Annual Fresno Rainbow Pride Trunk or Treat

This event is all about the kids and their families.  Snack food vendors with lower price point food items are encouraged to participate. 

 

All vendors must be in place by 3:30pm, BEFORE event start.  The space will be available for setup, with event staff on site, as early as 12:00pm. 

Sponsorships, at every level, are valued, appreciated, and absolutely necessary to keep this event coming back every year and the only way we are able to make this a free event for the children in this part of Fresno.

Volunteers make this event a success and are a vital part of all that we do. Volunteers are encouraged to dress up. Help is needed for a number of activities on the day of this event including, but not limited to: Set Up, beginning at 2:00pm Line management during the event Operating Carnival Games during the event Helping to replenish candy for our "trunks" during the event Clean Up, beginning at 7:00pm

Trunk or Treat Trunk Hosts should be prepared to serve, a minimum, of 1,000 visitors to your vehicle.  Trunk hosts are not charged for participating but are required to supply their own decorated trunk and candy/treats to hand out to our trick-or-treaters.  

 

Trunk or Treat Trunk Hosts must be in place and ready by 3:30pm and will not be allowed to drive out of the parking lot until the event is over, for the safety of all participants. 

 

Have fun with your decorations.  Event organizers will be voting on their favorite decorated vehicles.  Prizes and bragging rights will be awarded to First, Second, and Third place winners. 

 

Remember why we are here.  The kids in this part of Fresno, very rarely, have the opportunity for a fun, free, event like this one, happening right in their neighborhood.
