Volunteer Opportunity: Site Prep for the Floral City Strawberry Festival!
Join us in getting the festival grounds ready for an amazing weekend! We’re looking for energetic volunteers to assist with Site Prep for the 2026 Floral City Strawberry Festival.
Date: Thursday, March 5, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Floral Park, 9530 S Parkside Ave., Floral City
Role Details:
Volunteers will help with setting up the festival site, including:
Putting up fencing and tents
Setting out tables and chairs
Hanging banners and signage
Assisting with other general setup tasks
This is a hands-on role that involves lifting, moving, and working outdoors. It’s a great way to be part of the behind-the-scenes action and help bring the festival to life!
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
Work gloves (if you have them)
Sunscreen, hat, and water
A can-do attitude and team spirit!

Volunteer Opportunity: Site Prep for the Floral City Strawberry Festival!
Help us put the finishing touches on the festival grounds! We’re looking for hardworking volunteers to assist with Site Prep for the 2026 Floral City Strawberry Festival.
Date: Friday, March 6, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Shifts available if you can’t stay the full day!)
Location: RFloral Park, 9530 S Parkside Ave., Floral City
ole Details:
Volunteers will assist with final setup, including:
Arranging tables, chairs, and tents
Placing directional signs and banners
Ensuring vendor spaces are properly set
Assisting with décor and final touches to make the festival grounds beautiful
General troubleshooting and helping where needed
This role involves physical activity, including lifting, walking, and working outdoors.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
Work gloves (if you have them)
Sunscreen, hat, and water

Volunteer Opportunity: Vendor Check-In at the Floral City Strawberry Festival!
Be the friendly face that welcomes our vendors! We’re seeking organized, customer-service-oriented volunteers to help with Vendor Check-In for the 2025 Floral City Strawberry Festival.
Date: Friday, March 6, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible shifts available!)
Location: Floral Park, 9530 S Parkside Ave., Floral City
Role Details:
Vendor Check-In volunteers will:
Greet vendors as they arrive
Distribute vendor packets, maps, and passes
Direct vendors to their assigned spots
Answer questions and provide assistance as needed
Coordinate with the Site Prep team to resolve any setup issues
This role is ideal for volunteers who enjoy interacting with people and providing helpful, friendly service.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing and shoes
A charged cell phone (if available)
A friendly attitude and good communication skills!

1. Vendor Parking
Time: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Help direct vendors to their assigned parking spots efficiently and safely as they arrive to set up. Volunteers will manage traffic flow and ensure vendors unload quickly to keep the area clear.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and a bright, friendly attitude!

Time: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Assist attendees with parking their vehicles in designated areas, ensuring a smooth and organized flow of traffic throughout the festival. Volunteers will help direct cars, answer parking-related questions, and maintain clear pathways.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and a friendly, helpful attitude!

Assist with maintaining the festival grounds throughout the day. Tasks include troubleshooting vendor needs, ensuring signage and booths remain organized, and helping with any on-site issues.

Time: 8:15 AM – 10:00 AM
Support the Strawberry Festival Pageant by helping coordinate participants, managing the stage area, and assisting with contestant needs.
What to Bring: A calm demeanor and good organizational skills!

5. Gates, Beer Garden, Chamber Information Tent, Strawberry Flat Sales, Strawberry Shortcake Sales, Strawberry Flats Runner
Time: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (Two Shifts Available)
• Morning Shift: 8:15 AM – 1:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Roles Include:
• Gates: Greet attendees, collect tickets, and provide directions.
• Beer Garden: Check IDs, manage wristbands, and assist with general operations (must be 21+).
• Chamber Information Tent: Share event details and assist guests with questions.
• Strawberry Flat Sales & Shortcake Sales: Help sell delicious strawberries and strawberry shortcakes to festival-goers!
• Strawberry Flats Runner: Replenish strawberry flats to the sales booth throughout the day.
What to Bring: Comfortable attire, a friendly attitude, and readiness to interact with festival attendees!

Duties Include:
Removing leftover trash and debris from festival grounds
Taking down signs, banners, and decorations
Breaking down tents, tables, and chairs
Assisting with loading equipment and materials for transport
Performing general park clean-up tasks to ensure the space is left spotless
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
Closed-toe shoes or work boots
Gloves (if available)
Water bottle to stay hydrated
A positive attitude and team spirit!
