HEALTH AND FIRE If you are a food truck you will need to get a temp health permit from the Town of Merrimack Health Dept. Fire will be onsite to inspect the morning of. If you are a non-food vendor/sponsor you will need a permit from the Town of Merrimack in order to vend or give out information. **Food Truck Festivals of America LLC requires a copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI)** You will find all the information, including proper wording and addresses, to send to your insurance company in your Eventeny folder.

You will receive a load-in email with all the information regarding setup and breakdown information on Monday, November 10, 2025. If you are a trailer, you must unhitch your truck and park in the parking lot. There is free parking for vendors on site.
