About the event
MidloFest, previously Wine & Arts Festival, is located in the heart of downtown Midlothian, TX. This is a family friendly event, with activations for kids of all ages, as well as wine tasting from local Texas wineries for the adults. With hundreds of local artisan vendors, MidloFest is a celebration of creativity, culture, and community.

Parking Leader manages all parking attendants and supports general parking efforts

Support all activities of the Check-in tent to include VIP tote distribution and sales, wristband distribution and sales, and general check-in support. Report to the VIP Tent Director for other requirements on event day.

Key Point of Contact for all vendor traffic flowing into the downtown area for vendor setup. Will need to be knowledgable for all locations, and firm with vendors. Must feel confident giving instructions related to process and procedures for setup.

Vendor load out requires a strategic process. The Red Ticket Crew will work with vendors to ensure full breakdown of vendors spaces before distributing a red ticket, which is needed to bring a vehicle onto show site for load out.
