You will be required to put a card on file to apply for a booth space.  However, your card will not be charged unless you select for us to charge the card on file. If you wish to pay by check, to avoid Credit Card Fees, please make the check out to Expo Productions, LLC and mail it to International Women's Show - 46100 Grand River Ave. Novi, MI 48374.

This new event offers exclusive first-year-show discounted booth prices, created specifically to attract high-quality brands and give vendors the opportunity to experience the value, visibility, and engagement the event delivers, setting the stage for long-term participation and growth alongside the show.

We are intentionally selective in choosing our exhibitors to ensure a thoughtfully curated, elevated shopping and event experience.

Our goal is to build a hallmark, must-attend, annual event that both attendees and vendors look forward to each year.

This is a fun, high-energy shopping event featuring sampling, food, fashion, and lifestyle brands, designed to drive strong attendee interaction and meaningful connections with exhibitors.

By applying you are electronically agreeing to the terms outlined in this agreement. Once you’ve submitted your application, our team will review it and notify you of your acceptance. Please be aware that booth requests and assignments are not guaranteed, and changes or swaps may occur up until the move-in date. While we understand the importance of your preferences and value those that have been with us for years and we strive to accommodate all requests as best we can, there may be unforeseen circumstances that require adjustments to the booth allocation process hence why nothing is guaranteed.

Final booth assignments and your booth number, will be communicated to all participants prior to the move-in date, ensuring full transparency and giving you ample time to prepare for the event if any forms require a booth number just put your business name and our team will be sure to look up your booth number for your utilities. We truly appreciate your flexibility and understanding in this regard.

Additionally, please note that if your payment has not been made in full, you will be required to complete the payment in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in the reassignment or loss of your booth space.
