2026 Vendor Village

The ChristmasVille Vendor Village provides high-quality handcrafters, artists, and vendors with a venue to showcase their products to an audience of shoppers and festival-goers who are looking for unique and creative gift items...just in time for Christmas! ChristmasVille's Vendor Village will be held at Freedom Temple Ministries, right on the corner of Main Street and Oakland Avenue, to allow for both indoor and outdoor vendors and closer proximity to the festival.

Please be advised that all vendor applicants are prohibited from directly contacting Freedom Temple Ministries for any market information or viewing requests. Any such contact will result in the denial of your application. We kindly ask that all questions or concerns be directed to the ChristmasVille Vendor Village team. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

The Vendor Village will operate during the following hours: 

• Saturday 12/5: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday 12/6: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM 

Overnight security will be provided Friday and Saturday night. Vendors will not be able to drive up to the location after load-in on Friday until load-out on Sunday night. 

Vendors who do not adhere to road closures, security personnel and/or ChristmasVille staff will be removed form the festival and prohibited from participating with no refund or future consideration.

Space Fees:

Spaces are first come, first served, while still preserving the integrity of local, handmade/homemade items. Indoor and Outdoor vendors should note that there will be a limited amount of generator/power spots and are approved based off of need.

This application is NOT intended for ventors who serve food from a trailer or truck. The Vendor Village application is exclusively for food vendors with prepackaged items. We have 2 options for vendors to choose from:

Indoor Space | $300 - completely indoors, climate controlled

Outdoor Space | $200 - similar to the most recent layout

Early Bird Pricing will be available March 1-May 31, 2026. Applicants will receive $5 off the application fee of $25 with code EARLYBIRD.

Applications will be approved within 2 weeks of submission and the fee will be charged upon acceptance.

Applications will be conditionally approved if submitted without all current and required documentation. Applicants will have ONE MONTH to obtain and submit all required documentation after acceptance or their space will be given to the next in line.
