2026 Salute to the Red, White & Blue

APPLICATION IS FOR FOOD TRUCKS, TRAILERS, TENTS 

& PRE-PACKAGED FOOD FOR 2026

Electricity is not provided - generators are allowed, vendor is responsible for complying to all Fire Marshal regulations and safety regarding generators.

Your application will be reviewed by City Staff and acceptance/denied emails will be sent out by April 29, 2026. Pleae note your credit card will not be charged unless you are accepted.

If approved you will need to provide the following insurance:

• Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Elk Grove as the certificate holder
• Separate Additional Endorsement Page (Must be a separate page listing the following as additional Insured: “The City of Elk Grove, its officials, employees, agents and volunteers”)

The type of vendors that tend to do well at this event are those that sell the following products/services: hats, patriotic themed/colored items, light-up items and toys, unique gifts, face painting, temporary tattoos or other kid-focused products. You must ask for enough space to fully accommodate your display. Electricity will not be provided, no generators are allowed. No tables, chairs or pop-up tents will be provided. All booth spaces are outdoors with limited shade coverage. Vendor is responsible for all booth needs, you must have tent weights for all corners of your tent.  Load-in is handcart only on uneven grass.
