The City of Lawrenceville is looking for fresh, unique artist, makers, and curators to join us for the Lawrenceville Boogie on Saturday, April 11th in Downtown Lawrenceville. This exciting block party will feature two stages of live music and entertainment, a silent disco, and the Beyond the Ribbon Car Show, all in the heart of the DTL!
This vendor application is specifically for ART or RETAIL VENDORS... (ex: painters, jewelery design, clothing, face painting, etc.). If you are looking for a marketing opportunity for your business or a service provider, this application is not for you. If you are a food truck or pop up kitchen, please do not apply here... this application is not for you.
We are looking for and prioritizing original art, fashion, and handmade products or art activity vendors like face painters,or hennah. We seek to have a diverse offering of vendors. This means we will be selective and limit competeition especially with candles, body products, and jewelry. Artists that sell hand-made or crafted items will be our top priority.
We ask for a business license and proof of insurance in the application. If your business doesn't have an official Business License or Certificate of Insurance, please download and sign the general release waiver at the bottom of the application home page. Upload this document into the areas for the Business license and Certificate of Insurance.
APPLICATION DEADLINE - March 27th at NOON!
Applications will be reviewed periodically before March 27th. Expect to hear a final response no later than March 31st.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:
If we are interested in approving your application, you will first be WAITLISTED. Waitlisted means that we would like to approve your application. If you receive a Waitlisted response, please ensure that the payment will be ready to be processed with the payment card you have on file within one business day. We will attempt to approve your application and process the payment on the following business day.
IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE:
- Please be prepared to opperate without power because Electricity will not be guaranteed at this event.
- Be prepared for a fun but long day. Due to the nature of the event, load in may take place as early as 11 AM and Break Down will not begin until around 8 PM.
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to unload your vehicle and walk your materials to your vendor space. Please be prepared with some sort of cart and assistance for load in.
- Once you are shown your vendor space, you will be asked to unload your car and park in the designated parking lot BEFORE setting up your booth. This is to ensure the streets are clear prior to the Car Show load in.
- Break Down will begin at 8:00 PM. We ask that your booth remains operational until that time.
- Vendor cars will not be allowed to enter the event site until all show cars have exited. We recommend breaking down your booth prior to moving your car so that your load out is as fast and efficient as possible.
- Keep in mind, we may choose to open road ways during vendor load out.
- WE highly recommend having more than one person on site to help manage the booth and parking.
- Designated parking will be allotted for one vehicle per vendor, if you have another vehicle, you will need to find parking elsewhere. Parking in Lawrenceville will be extremely limited due to road closures and large crowds.
