We are committed to selecting a variety of quality craft, art, merchandise, and service vendors to exceed our guests’ expectations. Special consideration will be given to vendors selling cultural/ethnic wares. Activities and youth friendly engagements are welcome.
Vendor Fee: $200 includes 10x10 tent, 8' table, 2 chairs (Power is not being provided for this event.)
Set-up: Saturday, February 21, 2026 8:00am (Set-up MUST be completed by 11:00pm)
Tear down: Saturday, February 21, 2026, 3:00pm
Vendor Parking: parking is available throughout the large Heisman Field lots.

Activities and youth friendly engagements are welcome. A select few non-profit organizations will be granted a space at the Lunar New Year Celebration. As a non-profit vendor, you are promoting information, not a service or product. All non-profits must provide a 501c3 form with application.

We are looking for performers who can provide an authentic and diverse experience for Celebration attendees. We are interested in musical performers, dancers, storytellers, martial arts demonstrations, and more.
All applications are due by January 30, 2026
PLEASE NOTE: There is no monetary compensation for performances. Please do not complete this application if your group/ band/ act only accepts dates for paid performances.
