Experience the magic of the holiday season as a food vendor at ChristmasVille 2026! As a food vendor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your delectable creations with thousands of hungry attendees. From mouthwatering holiday treats to savory comfort foods, you'll have the chance to tantalize taste buds and spread joy with every bite. With a captive audience of enthusiastic festival-goers, you'll have ample opportunity to build your brand, expand your customer base, and make lasting connections.
OFFICIAL (REQUIRED) FOOD VENDOR HOURS - The official food truck hours are as follows and must be respected unless otherwise approved by festival organizers:
- Friday, December 4th: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday, December 5th: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday, December 6th: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Vendors are required to be set up and ready for operations at a minimum of 1 hour prior to the times referenced above and are required to be on-site and open for business the entire time for each date. Closer to the festival, chosen vendors will receive load in instructions for Friday. Vendors will be given the option to choose their approximate location. Pricing is based on the type of booth/truck and location. We will have two tiers: Truck/Trailer spaces will be located around the Fountain Park area, while Cart/Booth spaces will be located in general trafficked areas on Main Street.
Pricing options are as follows:
Food + Beverage Tent/Cart: (10 x 10 spaces): $200
Food + Beverage Truck/Trailer (up to 24 feet in length): $400
Power Supply: $200
All vendors are required to provide their own power - generators should be a quiet generator. If you would like to have power access during the festival, there will be an additional charge of $200. The City of Rock Hill's risk management team requires that food vendors provide their own 50 to 30 amp adapters due to liability concerns. Note: No vendors will be given access to power that do not register in advance of October 1st.
Location & Placement:
- Trucks/Trailers will be placed around Fountain Park in a highly populated area of the festival.
- Tents/Booths will be placed on Hampton St in the midst of the generally populated area of the festival.
- Specific placement requests can be made upon application submission, but are subject to discretion of festival leadership approval and festival needs.
Please note that this application is for consideration of becoming a food vendor for the 2026 ChristmasVille Festival. Applications will be conditionally approved if submitted without all current and required documentation. Applicants will have ONE MONTH to obtain and submit all required licensing after acceptance or their space will be given to the next in line - with the final deadline to submit all licensing documents being October 15th. COI's will be due November 1st. A completed application does not guarantee participation, as vendors will be selected based on several criteria including menu items and originality. There will be a limited number of vendors per category.
Applications will be approved within 2 weeks of submission and the fee will be charged upon acceptance.
Please supply several pictures for representation of your menu items, booth/truck as it is set up, as well as corresponding pricing. It is understood that your supply costs will likely fluctuate between now and the festival, so final pricing and menus are not due until November 20th, 2026.
