Application for Booth.

Pricing is as follows:

10x10 Booth w/o power = $50.00

10x10 Booth with power = $60.00

Vendor space is for those vendor’s that are solely marketing a product or service.  If anything is being offered by the business that is consumable (including, but not limited to, food, drinks, desserts, and canned/bottled beverages) the business must register as a food vendor.   The business must carry a current Food Establishment License and insurance.   A valid and current copy of the permit/license must be submitted to the Genesee County Health Dept. not less than 7 days prior to the event.  Genesee County Health Department will be present at the start of the festival to conduct on-site inspections.  Use of electricity is the sole responsibility of the vendor.  Fees are predetermined and based on quantity of spaces and date of registration.  No vehicles allowed in the park after 9 am.  Tents, awnings, tables, etc. may not extend past the predetermined boundaries. 

All participants provide their own 10x10 tent, tables, and chairs, if desired.
