The 18th Annual Dogwood Arts Chalk Walk returns on Saturday, April 11, 2026! Thousands of art lovers will head to Downtown Knoxville to watch over 300 artists and teams transform the sidewalks into a stunning open-air gallery. Artists will work from 8AM–5PM, with an Awards Ceremony at 7PM on the Market Square Stage.
The festival is produced by Dogwood Arts, a (501c3) organization that promotes and celebrates the art, culture, and natural beauty of East Tennessee. We have a 70-year history of arts advocacy, environmental stewardship, and economic impact in East Tennessee. The Festival is one of 20+ year-round programs and events that help make Knoxville a great place to live, work, and play!

2026 Chalk Walk Square Sponsorship
Chalk Walk is our largest community-driven event that turns Knoxville’s downtown sidewalks into a giant canvas for families and community groups, young and emerging artists, and some of the region’s most talented professional artists. More than 30,000 people attend this free one-day event in Historic Market Square.

• $500 Gold Square Sponsorship Includes: business name in vinyl at the bottom of a square, and business logo on event signage (not including stage banners).
