2026 Black History Celebration

Thank you for your interest in being a merchandise vendor at our Black History Program.  This application will be used to gather information about your business and the products you intend to offer at our event.  This application will also serve as an electronic agreement and by electing to be a vendor you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  

This application is for placement of an advertisement in the event program. The options are a business card size advertisement (2 inches high by 2 inches wide), quarter page (approximately 4 inches high by 2 inches wide),  half page advertisement (approximately 4 inches high by 5 inches wide) or full page advertisement (approximately 8 inches high by 5 inches wide).

As a Platinum Level Sponsor, you will receive the following: • Prominent (top tier) logo placement on banner (“step & repeat” photo marketing banner), and multiple promotions of organization at ALL AACAF’s events in 2025 • Prominent (top tier) logo placement on banner (“step & repeat photo marketing banner), and multiple promotions of organization at the Festival event • Website & social media marketing (logo and link) • Full Page Ad in Festival program • Prominent placement of logo and organization / business name listed as sponsor on all 2025 event programs • Table at Festival event in 2025 • Opportunity to speak at Festival event • Table/Double booth at each event in 2025 • Opportunity to speak at each event in 2025 • Mention during each event in 2025
