Please read before applying:

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and canopy unless otherwise requested in advance. We can provide one table and canopy upon request only — please indicate this in your application.

All Vendors Must Bring:

-Tablecloth (required)
-Chairs
-Tent/canopy (if not requesting one from us)
-Any display materials or signage

-Tablecloths
-Chairs
-Signage
-Power sources (limited electricity available upon request)

Food Vendors:

-Must have appropriate permits/licenses on hand
-Responsible for all equipment, coolers, and waste management
-No open flames unless pre-approved

 Nonprofits and Organizations:

-You’re welcome to bring interactive materials or giveaways
-Please be ready to engage with students and families in fun, creative ways!
