Calling all artists, crafters, and makers! Applications are now open for the Winter Artisan Market at the Harrison Center, Friday, December 5, 2025. The Winter Artisan Market is a modern craft fair that highlights the creativity of contemporary makers, fosters meaningful connections between artists and customers, and supports local small businesses. The Winter Artisan Market attracts over 700 visitors, featuring the Harrison Center’s annual group color-themed exhibition—one of the most well-attended shows of the year. The market showcases handmade items that are both artistic and functional. While many artists incorporate traditional craft techniques, their work reflects modern themes and design. You’ll find an eclectic array of one-of-a-kind goods—from handcrafted jewelry and plush creatures to vintage western wear, natural bath and body products, hand-printed poster art, pop culture puppets, and much more. Parking instructions
Unmetered parking is available on city streets around the venue – 15th, Delaware, 16th, Alabama, etc. There is a lot at the corner of 16th & Alabama, adjacent to Foundry Provisions coffeeshop. In addition to vehicle parking options, there is also an IndyGo bus stop on Delaware directly in front of the venue, a Pacers Bikeshare docking station, and public bike racks. Rentable scooters may also be parked near the venue.

Artists, vendors & exhibitors applications

Applications will be accepted for both craft and food vendors. Food vendors must have the correct permitting necessary from the Marion County Indiana Health Department. Each application will be reviewed by a panel of independent local community members. 

 

The winter event is indoor only. Booth spots are limited to 47, 9x6 spaces. Set up begins at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 5. Vendors are strongly encouraged to bring their own tables and chairs. However, if needed, tables will be available to rent through the Harrison Center, but are limited and will be first come first serve. Rental fees will only be charged if you are accepted into the Winter Artisan Market. Please note that we’re not able to provide electricity to vendors, as our current capacity doesn’t allow us to accommodate everyone’s needs. All vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event. Leaving early may impact your ability to participate in future markets.

Terms & Conditions
BOOTH SPACE: Booth assignments will be determined by the organizers. Vendors must confine all activities and displays within the designated booth area. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents and displays; tables and chairs are available to rent but vendors are strongly encouraged to bring their own. SET UP & BREAKDOWN: Booths must be fully set up and operational by the event start time. Vendors must clean up and vacate their booth space by the designated breakdown time. All trash and materials must be removed. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations, including permits, taxes, and health codes. Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their merchandise and personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Open flames, hazardous materials, or any items deemed unsafe by the organizers are prohibited. MERCHANDISE: The organizers reserve the right to prohibit the sale of any item they deem inappropriate for the event. CONDUCT: Vendors must behave professionally and courteously toward event staff, attendees, and fellow vendors. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund. WEATHER POLICY: The fair will proceed unless extreme weather conditions pose a safety risk. No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: Vendors must notify the organizers of cancellation at least one week before the event to allow for space reallocation. No-shows may forfeit their participation in future events. PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION: By participating, vendors grant the organizers permission to photograph and promote their booth and merchandise for event marketing purposes. COMPLIANCE: Vendors must adhere to all instructions provided by the event organizers, including setup guidelines, safety regulations, and event schedules. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in removal from the event without refund.
