Luminaria is a Christmas lantern consisting of a tea light set in a small paper bag weighted with sand and placed with others along sidewalks. Each year, Willo builds 10,000 of them! One volunteer is needed to organize each of the 44 blocks in Willo to build, place, and tear down the luminaria.

1) Help is needed pre-event to assemble 44 supply boxes and distribute flyers to blocks with no organizer.
2) One person is needed for each of Willo's 44 blocks to pick up a supply box, organize their block to build, place, and teardown the luminaria, and then return the supply box.
3) Help is needed post-event to process and inventory returned supply boxes before they go back into storage.
