About the Chili Fest:
- Saturday, September 6, 20245 2:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. at Community Park, Superior, CO
- 20+ Beer Vendors, 55+ local vendors, 2 live bands, Kid Zone, and more!
- General entry is FREE with 5,000 to 7,000 attendees!
- Beer Sampling tickets are sold on Eventbrite, with proceeds going to Boulder Valley Rotary Club
What we’re offering you:
- $300 stipend toward your time and supplies
- Vendor booth space to give free samples of chili & option to sell a limited menu
- We provide taster cups and spoons for attendees
- If needed we can provide a tent, 6’ table and chairs
- Your logo on our Chili & Beer Fest marketing reaching local and regional audiences
- Entry into our People’s Choice Chili Competition:
- 1st place $100 & Plaque
- 2nd Place $75 & Engraved Spatula & Spoon
- 3rd Place $50
What you’d be offering to bring:
- ~30 gallons of any style of Chili to give out as samples.
- Your participation throughout the entire length of the entire event, where you will be able to sell your own products as well.
About the People’s Choice Competition:
Event Attendees will be able to vote throughout the event using a QR Code that will be placed at your assigned booth. Winners will be announced at 5:30pm.
If you would like to join in the fun but are unable to staff your own booth – lets talk! We may be able to provide volunteers and/or coordinate chili to be served on your behalf.

The Rotary Club of Boulder Valley (RCBV) is excited to host the Boulder Valley Beer Fest in partnership with the Town of Superior's Chili Fest (i.e. Superior Chili & Beer Fest!)We are anticipating 5,000+ attendees eager to enjoy hot chili and chill beverage sampling as well as great entertainment. General admission is free. Beer Fest tickets include unlimited sampling of 3 oz pours and a souvenir beer mug. Vendor Registration is Free and Includes:
- Reserved parking
- Assistance with unloading and setting up directly in designated area
- 10 x 10 tent footprint, ice service, rinse water and dump bucket (if needed). Tent, table and chairs can be provided at no charge.
- Participants will be compensated or supported in making a tax deductible donation to the Rotary as a non-profit organization.
Beer Fest vendors are asked to bring 2 kegs or cans equivalent of product to be provided for tasting to ticket-holding patrons. For distilled spirits, wine, etc., appropriately calibrated amounts are requested. No table fees are required.We know September is a busy time and many are experience staffing shortages. Volunteers can be provide to help pour your product. We are excited to have you join this great community event!

About Chili & Beer Fest:
- Saturday, September 6, 2025 2:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. at Community Park, Superior, CO
- General entry is FREE and includes access to event, live music, yard games, kids entertainment, all ChiliFest Samples, and more!
- Event attendance is estimated at 5000+ of all ages
- Beer Fest ticket proceeds support the Boulder Valley Rotary Club in benefit of local, national, and international nonprofits
- ~20+ local breweries (cideries, wineries, etc.) participating in the festival
- ~50+ local businesses/vendors participating in the festival
- All attendees get to vote for their favorite Chili - winner gets a prize!
What you are providing:
- 5 gallons of home made chili
- All chili should be prepared ahead of time; event day is for warming and serving
- Ability to warm your own chili i.e chaffing dishes, crock pot with own electricity, etc.
- List of ALL ingredients (this is for allergen safety)
- Decorations for your booth to be entered into Best Spirited Tent prize (optional)
- Proof of Boulder County Health Safe Serv Certification
The Town will provide each cook with the following:
- $100 stipend for supplies
- A 10x10 tent pre-set up, 1-8 ft table, 2 chairs,
- 2 Chili Fest T-Shirts
- Chili Serving Cups and Spoons

Community Chili Cook Off Winners will be awarded the following gift card prizes:
1st place: $300
2nd place: $200
3rd place: $100
Best tent theme/Costumes: $75
Event Time Line:
Pre-Load In: Friday, Sept 5
Noon - 7:00 p.m. Chili cooks can drive in and drop off items/pre-setup. No food to be left overnight. Security will be on site overnight to monitor the event space.
Event Day: Saturday, Sept 6
10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Arrive on site with all materials
10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Set Up & Food Warming
1:30 p.m. Temperature checks will be made by event staff
1:45 p.m. Chili samples to be collected for judges
2:00 p.m. Event Opens to the public
3:00 p.m. Winners announced
6:00 p.m. Event Ends
6:00 p.m. Load out
