The Arts & Crafts application is for vendors who are either an individual or business that creates and sells handmade or handcrafted items, typically at markets, fairs, festivals, craft shows, or through online platforms.
These vendors are generally distinguished by several key characteristics:
- Handmade Products: Items that are primarily created, assembled, or significantly altered by hand rather than mass-produced in factories. This may include food items but only if they are individually wrapped and labeled according to all state and local packaging and food safety laws.
- Original Design: Products that reflect the creator's unique artistic vision, style, or technique.
- Artisanal Quality: Craftsmanship that demonstrates skill, care, and attention to detail.
- Small-Scale Production: Limited quantities produced by individuals or small teams rather than industrial processes.
Similar items include, but are not limited to, paintings, pottery, glass, woodcarving, weavings, and so on. This can include new items crafted from manufactured products and those that are upcycled from pre-existing manufactured materials. Arts & Crafts vendors are those displaying and selling items made by themselves, others, purchased wholesale, or produced in a facility with several employees.
Please note that all vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and other event necessities. All tents must be secured with sandbags or similar at all ground contact points.
The Professional Services application is for an individual or organization that provides specialized, knowledge-based services to clients, typically on a contractual basis. These vendors offer expertise, skills, and intellectual capital rather than physical products or commodities.

The Civic Organization application is for organizations that are generally recognized as a non-governmental entity that works to address issues of public concern and improve community well-being. These organizations operate independently from government and business sectors, though they may collaborate with both.
