2025 Manitou Days

The Manitou Days General Fund Sponsorship is a great way to invest in White Bear Lake. The General Fund exists to cover many of the functional costs of the event like marketing, printing, public services, administration, and many other essential elements. Fees are based on sponsorship levels and those levels reflect the degree of exposure sponsors receive. Payment options are by credit card or check payable to City of White Bear Lake. If you wish to pay by credit card, please complete and submit the form below, and your credit card will be charged upon approval. If you prefer to pay by check, please download the attached Sponsor Form (pdf) and mail it in with your payment to Nimble Impressions, 4525 White Bear Parkway, Suite 120, White Bear Lake, MN 55110.

Register today to join us at the 2025 Manitou Days Grande Parade, Friday, June 20th in Downtown White Bear Lake. 

 

Groups are required to pay a fee to participate in the Manitou Days Grande Parade.  Fees are based on classification (i.e. non-profit and regular entry) and the date applications and payments are submitted and received.  The parade fee covers one entry and one support vehicle.  Additional vehicles are allowed for an additional cost of $100 each.  Parade application fees are non-refundable and must be paid for with a credit card.  White Bear Events does not accept trades of goods or services in exchange for the parade fee. Limited non-profit spaces are available, therefore, only local churches, organizations and youth orientated groups are eligible for this fee.  POLTICAL ENTRIES DO NOT QUALIFY for the non-profit rate.  All applications are subject to approval.  Registration Deadline is May 16, 2025. 

 

Volunteers are a crucial and oh so important part of the Manitou Days Grande Parade! Planned for Friday June 20th (rain or shine) the parade offers several volunteer opportunities beginning at 2:00 pm.   

 

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Parade Staging

Help us measure out and set out the staging area for parade entries in Sections A, B & C.  

 

4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Parade Hosts

Parade Hosts provide support to parade participants and spectators throughout the stage area and parade route.

 

6:00 pm – 8:30 pm Parade Marshals

Accompany marching bands and keep the street clear of spectators so bands can pass by and perform without injury or issue.  

 

Volunteer central is located on the corner of 2nd Street and Clark Avenue. Volunteers are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their shift to check in and pick up T-Shirts.

White Bear Events is accepting applications from businesses or individuals who would like to be considered as a food or novelty vendor at the Manitou Days Grande Parade.  Scheduled for Friday, June 20, 2025, this Parade is attended by over 8,000 residents and tourists.
