We are looking for performers who can provide an authentic and diverse experience for Market attendees. We are interested in musical performers, dancers, storytellers, martial arts demonstrations, and more.
All applications are due by September 26, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no monetary compensation for performances. Please do not complete this application if your group/ band/ act only accepts dates for paid performances.
The Johns Creek Diwali Market promises to be a wonderful time of celebration. We are committed to selecting a variety of quality craft, art, merchandise, and service vendors to exceed our guests’ expectations. Special consideration will be given to vendors selling cultural/ethnic wares.
Vendor Fee: $250 includes 10'x10' tent, 1 table, 2 chairs
Set-up: Saturday, October 11 at 10:00am *Set-up must be completed by 2:00pm
Tear down: Saturday, October 11 at 7:00pm
Vendor Parking: You will be able to drive to your location and drop-off/pick-up your items and then park your car in the designated vendor lot across the street. Please note that cars will not be permitted in the lot until the event is over.
The Johns Creek Diwali Market promises to be a wonderful time of celebration. We are looking for activities to be included in the Children's section.

FOOD TENT APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All food vendors will be required to have a Certificate of Insurance for this event.
You must have your insurance agent email karen.negri@johnscreekga.gov a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed. The City of Johns Creek must listed as an additional insured.
The City’s minimum insurance requirements are as follows:
$1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence
$3,000,000.00 Aggregate
$100,000.00 Damage to Rented Premises
