BEFORE submitting a vendor application please read the 2025 Clash of the Cowboys - Bulls & Broncs Vendor Information, Rules & Regulations Handbook. This document is uploaded in the food vendor application and can be accesses online: https://www.clatsopcounty.gov/media/48371  The deadline for the Retail Vendor Applications is October 20, 2025 or earlier if vendor capacity is reached.  Submitting a vendor application allows you to be considered for a space at the 2025 Clash of the Cowboys - Bulls and Broncs event at the Clatsop County Fair & Expo. This application is neither an offer, nor guarantee of space. Please fill out this application completely and be sure that the information you give is accurate. Missing information may require the Clatsop County Fair & Expo Management to decline the application. Clatsop County Fair & Expo Management will determine the location of booths.
