Charlotte Pride Festival & Parade VIP passholders will have exclusive access to the VIP Lounge -- an air-conditioned pavilion right next to the Charlotte Pride Main Stage!
Your pass includes all of the following perks:
- Close-up enjoyment of all of the music and entertainment all weekend, in air-conditioned comfort!
- Complimentary beer, wine, seltzer, and non-alcoholic beverages at the VIP bars -- Including Birdsong Brewing's limited-batch, seasonal 2025 Pride beer, "Better in Color," on tap!
- Delicious bites
- Upgraded, VIP-only restrooms
- Direct access to the VIP viewing area at the Main Stage
- Access to VIP seating area at the Charlotte Pride Parade

- The chance for a meet-and-greet with one of two Saturday night Main Stage entertainers. (Names will be posted here soon!)

Saturday, August 16, 12pm-8pm
- Alcohol service ends at 7pm
- Food served from 2pm - 6pm
Sunday, August 17, 12pm-6pm
- Alcohol service ends at 5pm
- Salty & sweet snacks served all day

Parking is available in various parking decks and surface lots around the First Ward Park area. Charlotte Pride does not provide parking.
We recommend using the light rail or bus transportation.
The Festival Zone is flanked by Lynx Light Rail stations: 7th St & 9th St Stations.

Terms & Conditions
Age and Photo ID Restrictions: You must be 21 years of age or older on or before August 15, 2025, in order to purchase a VIP Pass. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entry into the VIP Lounge. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required when entering the VIP Lounge. If you are under the age of 21 and purchase a VIP pass, you will be denied entry to the VIP Lounge and no refund will be issued.
Charlotte Pride, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any and all individuals from entering or continuing to participate in the VIP Experience for any reason, including but not limited to, safety, perceived condition, failure to comply with Charlotte Pride, security or any violation of the rules and regulations set out here or on event signage.
Alcohol Consumption: Must be 21+ to consume alcohol. It is illegal to consume alcohol if you're under 21 years of age. Please show your state or government issued photo ID to the bartender if you plan to have an alcoholic beverage. Overconsumption of alcohol and/or inappropriate behavior will be grounds for expulsion from the VIP Lounge and/or Charlotte Pride Festival. Alcohol served in the VIP Lounge is not allowed to be taken or consumed outside the designated VIP area. Charlotte Pride reserves the right to refuse service.
VIP Wristbands: Special VIP Wristband with identification is required for entry and re-entry to the VIP Lounge, stage viewing, and parade viewing areas. Charlotte Pride will issue a new wristband each day of the event. Come early on Sunday to get your wristband for access to the parade viewing!
VIP Gift Bags: Subject to availability and while quantities last.
Refusal of Service: Charlotte Pride reserves the right to refuse service, make adjustments to the schedule, amenities, pricing, sales timeline, and Terms & Conditions.
