- Signed and Notarized Anti Human Trafficking Affidavit. Complimentary notary will be available at City Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM. Must make an appointment in advance. (Other times available upon request and availability.)
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Boynton Beach CRA as additionally insured.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming City of Boynton Beach as additionally insured.
- A photo(s) of your products and/or vendor display.
- Boynton Beach Based Applicants will get $25 OFF the vendor fee when they upload proof of residency (Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Business Tax Certificate).
- Vendor Fee
VENDOR FEE:
Electrical needs in excess of 400 watts will incur an additional fee of $25.
- Accepted Payments: Check, Money Order, Cash, Credit Card.
- A credit card is required to submit the vendor application, even if you are not paying with a credit card.
- Cash is only accepted in-person.
- Payment via credit card is an option but will have a 5.9% + $.30 processing fee.
- If you pay with a credit card, you will be charged only after the application has been approved.
- If you are NOT paying with a Credit Card, your Credit Card WILL NOT be charged after the application has been approved.
